Payment & Refunds / Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

       
 

  • Payment-in-full is due at the end of the flight/event. 

 

  • A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required when scheduling any flight.  This fee will not be refunded in the event the passenger must cancel the flight for any reason. 

 

  • Refunds are provided to the original purchaser only - sorry, no exceptions.

 

  • Refunds WILL NOT be provided if a flight is cancelled  by the passenger within 48-hours of the scheduled event.  This holds true for flights and tethers.

 

  • Any flight or tether that must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

 

  • Any passenger who fails to show up at the predetermined scheduled flight date and time will forfeit all fares & charges and the flight will be considered completed.  The passenger will be contacted to arrange payment for no-show flight. 

 

  • All flights and tethers cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled for a later date. 

 

  • Any event that is unable to be rescheduled, the refund policies stated above will apply.

 

  • Refunds will not be provided for any reason after the original flight/tether date, including cancellations & postponements due to weather.

 

  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to contact Dreamcatcher Balloons to reschedule any and all cancellations.
